Can exhaust drone cause vibration

When I am tooling for the road at 55-60, I get a vibration in my butt.  It's not a time type vibration, its hard to describe.  It comes and goes.  I am wondering if a drone in the exhaust could cause this since there is vibration in an exhaust system

I suppose it’s possible, try a different gear at the same RPM range and see it your able to duplicate it.. if not then ? Probably a driveline vibration/driveshaft

Yeah its really odd, i'll mess with it a bit more and see if I can get it to do it again.
