Thanks for posting, I really enjoyed the video. I loved the look of the 80’s pace cars, inside and out. I was seriously considering buying one in 1980, but never did. I remember they were pretty pricey back then, will be interesting to see what it sells for. From the video this car has much better panel alignment than my car.

Joe lives pretty close to me, maybe 10-15 miles. I keep saying I need to meet him. He runs his personal TA at the local drag strip, running high 12’s out of a stock block turbo 301 is pretty impressive.

I've talked to him about your car and how cool it was to see a nice low mileage example. That was even before he was working on this one.

Thanks for posting. Amazing car. White is my favorite Trans Am and I would love to have a white pace car. I ran into a guy at a show quite a few years ago now that had this same model car with very low miles. I think it was less than 5k maybe. He worked as a grocery bagger during school to pay for it. It looked about the same as this car condition wise. He still had the decals in the trunk.

I have a distant cousin that has a '81 TA with less than 4k miles. I dont see him very often but have been trying to get a look at it with no luck. Last month when I talked to him he said he is putting it up for sale as the miles are too low for him to drive it.
