Hello Everyone
« on: June 28, 2023, 05:55:52 AM »
Hello everyone,

Been awhile since I've been here which is typical for me. On every day for awhile then disappear.

Long story short, off sick from work, and I have gone back to school to try and become an electrician.

I have done only a little bit to Ruby but I started welding in the driver side floor, and the engine is stopped at degreeing the cam for the 301. I need more information on that!!

I have also been fixing a 1981 Suzuki 1100 that I'm making a bobber out of. That has been fun.

In a few weeks, my in-laws will coming to visit from Okinawa Japan for 3 months which means as usual, I'll be busy.

Anyways, wanted to stop by and say hello!

cheers
Charlie

Welcome back! Keep the updates coming on Ruby, and post a build of the bobber. That would be cool to see.

Welcome back Charlie, I miss seeing you around.

I hope you are feeling better soon. The world can't live without electricity. You're a smart guy, the training and certification should go well.

I'm doing great!!

I was dealing with mental illness that was created by working for our government, and in a jail setting. I don't have to go back and I seem to have found most of the marbles I lost along that path!!

life is good!!

I forgot to mention the Shizu and I opened up our own karate dojo, which operates 3 times per week so that is keeping up pretty busy too!!

iddle hands are the devils playground as they say!!

thanks!!

Welcome back Charlie!  I had been thinking of you along with some other (lost tac'ers' lol). I was pretty sure I had your contact info and was going to reach out but couldnt find it. Glad you are in a better place, mental illness is nothing to mess with and I am glad you were able to change your situation. A lot of times that is not an option. Glad your dojo is keeping you busy and you are doing your part of keeping the people in your community self aware. Dont be a stranger. Stop in just to say hi once in a while.
