Probably best to start with the Show us your stance sticky thread:

Just resending this one to see if some of you can post pics of your dropped firebirds.
Please indicate how much drop you have.
I am thinking of going 1.5 or 2 inces.
Thanks

For what it’s worth, how much if a drop is irrelevant. Two people could drop two cars 1” and have different end height depending on the starting height. Posting a picture with the current height may be more helpful

Google. Don't expect others to do the work for you while you sit back.

Sorry,  I can't get good pictures because all it's been doing is raining here.

2" drop Hotkis coils and PTFB GT rear leaf with custom made raise shackles ( it was too low in the rear and dragged on speed bumps.
274/40/R17 rear tires. Rear sits at 27-1/4" to wheel lip.
255/45/R17 front tires. Front sits right at 27" to fender lip.

Luke, not related to the post but, every time I see your black car with silver wheels and bird I think it’s a very striking color combination.

Thanks! I always liked the charcoal bird with the tiny red accents. Cool thing is this is how it was born, just with very subtle upgrades.  I couldn't even tell the height difference once I dropped it because both front coils and rear leaf springs were broken. So to me, it's exactly the same as it was when I was in high school, just faster and prettier.

That's another thing when guys are simply quoting things with no details, or none that relate. A guy swaps in new replacement 'stock height' springs in his Camaro (sure, why not) then complains how high it sits. He jumps online, says his 'stock height' springs are too tall. Wants to drop it several inches. Another guy online with sagging original springs, or lowered but doesn't know the history, runs some measurements and replies with something like, can only lower it 1" if using that type of wheel, or whatever, the original guy goes out, gets lowered springs and new rims installed, isn't happy, it's nowhere near where he wanted and doesn't match the results he is told either. And so it goes.

FYI, the car was being delivered to a new owner that paid over $110k for it on bringatrailer.com

Here’s mine.  PTFB GT kit with their leaf springs and Viking dual adjustable shocks.  Also has PTFB sway bars, solid body bushings and subframe connectors.  I’ve had the kit installed for 8 years now and I’ve been very happy with it.  Dave the owner at PTFB has been fantastic to work with as well.

Corners like a sports car - the ride, while not a Cadillac is pretty good too as I’ve found shock settings that I’m happy with.  I pretty much adjusted the shocks to my preferred setting and have never adjusted them since.  They’re a bit hard to adjust on the car.  The leaf springs are set to the lower bolt hole as it was too low in the rear IMHO on the upper hole.

I do have some issues over speed bumps with the subframe connectors rubbing and sometimes the dual muffler setup (not transverse) hits if I’m not careful.
