Yes, worked very well.  Used their CANBUS series.  Was able to design my own background.

I like the gauges but how different is it with them being so much closer as opposed to being recessed a bit further back?  Also, what sizes are they?

No difference really.

I do not have that record- you can measure the holes in the dash for best fit.

Yes they’re great - mine have been working well for 5 plus years now.  Lots of customization options too. Used them for my console gauges.

I did. One thing I wish I would've done is pull the gauge markings and font in just slightly instead of the way it is toward the edge. From certain angles and because the gauges have the rings, it can be partially obscured.

I had a long thread on here with pictures and key install pointers on the way i did my Sniper install, but in short. I am happy with the system.
Lets just say if you have any eletrical problems, be it poor ground, or poorly insulated cables you will find out when you install the complet sniper system (TBI, coil, CD-box and halleffect distributor) they wil manifest them selvs and you have to deal with it  :)
But once taken care of the system is awsome.

I've had Speedhut installed for 10 plus years now.  I think I screwed up the fuel gauge and called Speedhut.  Customer service went through some trouble shooting with me and agreed it sounds like there is a problem with the gauge.  They found my order from way back and told me to send it in.  It is boxed and ready to go out tomorrow.

I mounted my gauges in the aluminum bezel and love the way they look.  My son liked it so much we mounted the NVU gauges in his 79 Camaro in the factory bezel in lieu of behind like the originals.  Look factory ish but such a cleaner view of the gauges.  I'll try to get some pics tomorrow.
