When you hit reply you'll see a button at the bottom that says additional options, click on that and select the picture you want to post. You may (will) have to resize the picture.

Yes but you can use both methods. I just find it easier to use the "Additional Options..." button especially when posting from my phone. The only issue is that you have to decrease the size of the picture (very easy to do from a smart phone).

I'll have to figure out how to reduce the size on my computer. Most of my saved photos are JPG and about 4M.
