New Hood for my 80

Has anyone ever used\ordered this hood from Classic Industries.
If so how is the fit and quality?

I know a guy that used a new repop and it fit perfect. I apologize as I dont know the manufacturer. I have seen others that the shaker opening was off. Although it should be pretty even and one would think it would be obvious if it was wrong.
I wouldnt have a problem ordering one, if you still have your original you can make a template to cross check the opening. Although IF it had to be returned you would most likely have to eat the shipping which is about as much as the product.

Im sure you know this already, but when buying big items like this that are truck freight, its usually cheaper if they ship to a business. I use the shop that maintains my cars with no problem. But from what I understand any commercial address will work. If you know someone that has a shop, or a construction office, retail store etc.

I used a OER replacement hood on my 1979 TA, fit was very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one again... that was about 6 years ago.
