Does Phoenix Graphix do custom decals? If I were to design a hood bird could I have it made?

I seem to recall another member asking and I don’t think they do. Not even custom colors cause of licensing.

Yup, they will not make any custom decals at all

There was a guy on ebay that made them but I can't remember the name. Maybe someone else will remember and chime in.

No I am sorry we do not do custom work from drawings.
