I was concerned about that as well but after experimenting with 4 pies the trick is to:
* First preheat the grill to about 400 degrees +
* Lower the grill to the lowest setting,
* Spray both the dough and grill with PAM,
* Place the dough on the grill and let it grill for about 1 to 2 minutes with the cover closed.
* This will allow handling the dough and it can be turned over without destroying it.
* Before turning the dough over I sprayed PAM on the uncooked side.
* Turn over and place all toppings,
* Close lid and let it grill for about 10 minutes,
* Enjoy.

Remember to precook any meats before using them as toppings.

Interesting idea especially for us folk that have camps with no hydro

Speaking of camp, the family is heading out there Saturday to have a fathers day BBQ and for the main course will be Black Bear burgers. Been a long while since I have had bear meat so I'm pretty excited to give it another whirl!!

79 Esprit but like many, it will be a T/A clone
(19 years and counting but still have her)
