Lookin good, I know you know what youre doing, but I would 'cut n buff' before I put anything else on there. From my experience that stuff leaves a mess everywhere, the less nooks and crannies to clean out afterwards will be better.

Thanks!

Ya, I know. I have the hood done so I plan to keep the plastic on it and pull it back enough so I can cut and buff each fender separately. Then cover the front clip and do the roof and then each door and quarter separately.  It should work the way I have it planned in my head without getting too much stuff everywhere.

Something I learned from the first time around that I did on the tata, clean things up pretty good as you go. Once that buffing compound dries its about like cement to get it off of stuff. Much easier when its fresh and wet.

Thank you.  Powerstop is a sponsor.  But, I also run their brake pads and stuff on my daily cars and truck.

Washed the old girl and took her out for a bit yesterday. This is a little town near me, Port Deposit, MD. It was in Ripleys believe it or not for the town that couldn't grow, river on one side and shear granite cliff on the other. This is the only street in the town.

A few miles upstream is the Conowingo Dam, built in 1929. My grandfather was a carpenter and worked on the construction.

And on my way home I caught up to this old guy out for a Sunday cruise.

Had the car out today and took some pictures, its a rolling project car. Try to drive at least once a week during the summer and spring and will take it out in the fall and winter on nice days.
80 Formula, Montreux Maroon, Deluxe Carmine Hobnail interior, 301 4V, TH350. Have most of the mechanicals done at this point so might start some body or more interior work.  I try to mix things up working on so it stays more interesting and sometimes you got to do some fun stuff to them.

Interior looks pretty good. Sounds just like my other 79, a Formula 301 4V auto with deluxe Carmine interior except mine was white.

Good looking Formula you go there!
