Cheap radio with tons of features
« on: June 10, 2019, 04:53:00 AM »
I've seen few of these on eBay and Amazon and was wondering if any have any experience with these cheap Chines head-end units.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PZKFHC5/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_3?smid=A2ZM8O1PC0YQBW&psc=1

I want to install something similar in a 2001 CR-V that I just got my daughter. I know I can spend more and get a known brand but wanted to see if anyone used these before.

Regards, Jack

You could try, but even the Jensen my brother bought ended up with cold solder joints on the AUX jack.  I'm partial to Pioneer and Sony myself, but most all are made in the same factory anyway these days.  Which I hate touch screen radios, so that makes it easier to get a good unit for a lower price too.
