I've been wanting a picture like that for a long time! I just wish I still had my '88 and '78 to line up between these two.

That makes a great pic. You have a beautiful pair of cars to be proud of. Have to be a bit envious of the surroundings also as i stare out of my window at the freezing rain we are currently having.

Thanks for the compliments everybody. I'm proud of my birds and love to show them off, as we all do. I plan on taking them to some local car shows this summer and showing them side by side.

That's a beautiful pair you have yourself. Is that a 79 anniversary edition?

Great pictures, kinda curious, after owning all the different models which one is your favorite?

Well, compared to my '79 my '02 faster, quicker, handles better, stops better, shakes and rattles less, and gets better gas mileage.
But the '79 is my favorite. I'm 20 years younger every time I'm in it!

That's a really hard question to answer but I'd have to say the first 2 generations. The second gen was my first favorite with the whole Smokey and the Bandit fame. 68 is my all time favorite year and I plan on getting another one and going full blown custom with it. I like the other generations too but probably would not own another 3rd gen.
