Aftermarket Sheet Metal
« on: January 18, 2018, 05:43:48 PM »
I am starting to look into some replacement floor pans and a shaker hood.  I would like to get some feedback on the recommended vendors to get some sheet metal.

I bought the shaker hood for 78-81 T/A's last year from Summit. And I would say it's the same weight as the original, great quality, it's really a nice pice. But the frame under the hood is a bit more massive on the original hoods. But you can't notice any differents between original and repro hood.

My son and I are restoring a 73 right now and bought our floor pans from Summit.  They were Auto Metal Direct pans and fit very nice.
