Jet Performance Quadrajet 32102
« on: October 12, 2017, 09:56:46 PM »
This isn't much of a review, more of a show and tell. A few TAC members have asked me about this carb. I won't have the engine this is going on running for a few weeks and probably can't drive it until Spring. If anyone already has one of these up and running, please chime in. Like I said, a few others are interested in knowing about them.

My first impression was wow shiny. Here's the link to Summit's site, it went on sale and I paid $350. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/jet-32102  And here's a link to Jet Performance's site: http://jetchip.com/shop/performance-carburetors/rochester-quadrajet/rochester-q-jet-stage-2-pontiac/

I've been considering getting one of these in the Stage 2 configuration. Are there any instructions that tell you what all the vacuum ports are for?

Hmm, I don't think they do. I've got mine packed away. I'll check tonight if I can. I have seen vac diagrams online with the info you're asking about. They're gonna be a little different for certain years, I think

Any update on this? Been eyeballing them as well. Recently picked up a 77 Esprite with the Chevy 305. Going to dump it eventually for a P400 and wanted another QJ, but thought this might be a better investment since it's not a numbers matching thing, so it doesn't HAVE to be an original QJ ;)

I have one on my 79 400. The Carb is really nice and dialed in perfectly for the specs. it is the best running quadrajet I have ever had.

Sorry but I'm not even close to installing the carb. Work has been crazy and other projects have kept me from working on my car.
