Legendary Interiors and American Cushions Inc.
« on: July 28, 2017, 11:50:59 AM »
I just bought new upholstery and door panels from legendary for my '71 TA.  I can't comment on fit yet, since I haven't installed them, but the fit and finish is top notch.  I guess you do get what you pay for.  This is for a blue deluxe interior.  The grain on the vinyl and the comfort weave material look just like the original material.  The door panels match the originals 100%.

The ACI seat foam cushions appear to be very well made also.  I can't compare them to PUI or OER seat foam since I haven't seen those, but I can say the ACI stuff looks top notch.

I got Legendary door panels for my 77. I agree with you. They were well worth the extra expense. Very good product. I had a slight problem (I ordered wrong) and they were very easy to deal with the exchange.

I bought mine about 2 years ago and I'm thinking they were shy of $500 for the pair. They are deluxe 76 panels. I bought the assembled panels which came with the inner window sweeps attached. I ordered them around Christmas when they had a pretty good sale going. I believe they were about $100 more than the next brand. Compared to my originals, they were an exact match with the exception that they were new. The grain and stitching was perfect.

I managed to purchase while they were on sale for around $400 for the set.

I've purchased a few sets of seat covers from Legendary and they have always looked great. Much easy to install than any other brand I've used in the past as well. Right now they have a 25% Nov 27th?-Dec ? sale on and free shipping on large orders. They seem to have this same deal every year but only at this time.
