W72 car set-ups
« on: July 01, 2008, 10:16:07 PM »
I picked up a 77 T/A about 6 months ago for $600 and then started my research. I have to admit I didnt know what a w72 was or what I had. The more I looked into it the odder the combo of options seemed. Was there a factory dual sunroof available? It has a dome light that runs the length of the center of them. Looks stock. Also this car has rally II wheels. Originally it was bright yellow, black interior. All W72 option are there and it's a matching #'s car. Now it's got a crappy, peeling paint job and no bird! Restore in progress, parts willing. I'd be curious what other combo's are out there.

The dual sunroof isn't/wasn't a factory option...aside from that, I'm not clear on what you're asking.

The reason I thought the dual sun/moon roofs, (not t-tops), may of been a stock option is the long, narrow dome light down the middle. Might of been a aftermarket dealership thing. As for the question? I'm just curious what different, rare, W72 powered option combo's other owners have.
