Today I... woke up a lot later than usual. Didn't get to bed until after 3 AM (good New Years party

). Then I decided to get some things done around the house. Namely, cleaning out the basement and tearing down an old, defunct light fixture above my fireplace. After I tore that out, I hard wired in a CO detector for the propane heater.
Now, if anyone recalls, I'm storing a friends motorcycle in my garage for the winter. I went to start it up a few days ago and it was deader than dead. I jumped it with my DD and it turns out both the battery and the plugs were in need of replacement. I've NEVER worked on a motorcycle ever in my life. I'm thankful for Google and Wikipedia at the moment, lol. Turns out my friends bike was only made for 2 years. 82 and 83. Stupid Honda's. Well, luckily I was able to get a new battery and plugs for mad cheap @ work. I didn't know that motorcycle batteries actually come with the acid in a separate bottle, and that you have to pour in the acid and charge it yourself.
Well, all is said and done now. The battery is reading a strong 12.90 and the manual calls for 12.70. Tomorrow after work, the battery and plugs are both getting installed. Should fire right up.
