I saw that GMG is selling a set of 7 inch snowflakes on ebay and so far the bidding is over $400 with 6 days left! thats a lot of money but I guess because the tires are almost new is why the high bids.

Those wheels may have something to do with an upcoming episode of Fast N' Loud featuring Burt Reynolds:

The article states that Burt was a famous truck driver? I thought that was Jerry Reeds part? Anyway it's good to see Burt is still up and about. Now if they could just get Sally with him, it'ld be like old times. That show GMG cracks me up. Not sure how much "reality" there is to it, but it is entertaining. As for the rims and tires for over $600, that'ld be hard for me to stomach, unless Burt (and Sally) autographed each one of them, and the tires never set foot on the ground.

If you recall, the opening of S&B has the Bandit lounging at a truck rodeo.  In fact, the truck the snowman drives is actually the Bandit's (hence the Bandit painting on the side).  Bo is a "legendary truck driver" but for the movie plot he drives the lead car and not the truck.

I'm with you fast n loud is an awesome show.
Plus it's the only one the wife will watch with me.
Only cause she's in love with Richard....
That's actually how I got the idea of building the RAT-AM.
Back to the wheels, I noticed a few images of Burt with the boys

Those tires new are over $140 each, so not to bad considering the rims are restored, even at $600 or more. Would not be surprised if they made $800. Cant wait to see the show

The Tire Rack warehouse is on my way to work. Are they the current tire merchants with the best deals?

Farrah died from anal cancer...theres one major cause of that. Not sayin that made her a bad person. And Sally, thought she was pretty decent lookin to be Forrest Gump's mom.

So it was a "no reserve" auction that probably wasn't going to hit the reserve in the time alloted for the auction so it was pulled before the auction was over. :/

The auction stated they could end it early if it sold locally.  I just assumed that's want happened.
