My 78 TA - Decals are now on

Had this car for about a year now and I only now have time to start working on it.  It's a 78 which was purchased from the original owner

did you weld that 1/4 in...or was that done before?

I cant wait till I get to work on my 78 T/A again.... I want it for next summer  :?

Welcome to TAC.......Looks like you are making great progress on your car. I have a 78 Trans Am and also a 74 project Trans Am that I have had for almost 3 years and I have made little progress on it due to kids, work, money.....and any other # of excuses....just keep us posted on your progress. :lol:

That is the first time I have ever seen a Blue and White interior combo. Usually its Black and White or Red and White.  8)

Wow has it really been this long  :shock:  after being to hell and back with this TA , I happy to say it's more or less done !!

Small things left to do , Decals , realign the doors and rear spoilers....But I can finally say I'm driving it !!

Was going to ask the same question Milly.  I've never seen white interior without black dash, console and carpet.  That all white looks classy.

My sisterr had an 81 turbo with dark blue interior with white paint. looked good for the week she had it before it was stolen.

Always pays to be aware....if I thought someone may be following along when I was heading home in my 77 T/A, I used to drive past my street then take a few turns through some backstreets around my area...just to be sure, before I went home.

Very nice  :cool:  I know what you mean, I was working on my wife's '80 TTA and had it uncovered for the afternoon.  Many cars stopped to see what it was that day!
