Hi guys,

I see a lot of signatures that are HUGE in size. Like people who put full size pictures of their cars, it makes the topics hard to read. I think it would be good to add a size limit to pictures in the signatures.

Thanks, Bye

As long as they aren't tall, that causes you to have to scroll.

I think this should be brought back to the top. There are some very tall, full size signature pictures out there!

i was going to start a thread about this topic, but was too lazy and didn't want to be the bad guy. I agree, sig sizes should be limited.

I've been on an M3 forum and you only had maybe 3 or 4 posts per page due to the size of the sigs. Granted alot of the users were kids and you had a pic of their car, a description of their car including all the present mods (including LED dash color change) and planned/future mods.

It was absurd.

I can understand a person wanting a pic of their car, but it can easily get out of hand.

Im all for a limit of size too.  I personally feel that mine is not too big, but if guys think it is, I'd be glad to make it smaller.   There are some that are full size pics and that does make it more of a chore when there are multiple posts in the same topic with those same images.

So what is a preferred size?

I frequent Firebird Nation and you should see some of the sig sizes over there, takes over a page in some cases.  You have to scroll just to get through their sig information.  It's a bit much.

I think yours is fine Michael but personally I'd not want signatures much bigger than you what you have.

I used to keep my sig at 240 pixels high as I found when I squashed it as much as Riches it didn't do it much justice. But now I removed it as it gets a little annoying especially when you've posted in the same thread multiple times .
Instead I like to include a link to my gallery in my sig ,this way other members  can check out the Marty if they choose .

This is my old sig ,  but I removed it as some members don't like them .
