Sorry to all. Haven't had time to get updated pics of the progress with getting ready for a pcs.

Front seats are pro cars and the backs will be the stock, but the same pattern as the front. When I get those back I'll post pics of everything.

I have them painted. Only gonna do the front if I install them. I'll see about it when I get back. They may add too much to the car. If they do....I'm gonna leave them off and just use the center.

Personally I like Formula's without flares, very nice and clean look. But I would consider the center one only; I think I will install them on my 72 (the ones that Leigh had on his 71).

That's what I'm thinking. I'm also thinking that I might take the chin spoiler back off and smooth out the ends.

I appreciate it. I'm hoping that it turns out the way I have it pictured in my head.

That's my approach, too - imagining how I want it to look and run, then trying to make the car match the vision.  Unfortunately, my imagination isn't bound by limited finances and talent!

Always think of 'Karate Kid" where Myagi tells Daniel-San how to prune Banzai trees - "Croze eye.  Think tree.  Think...   ONRY tree.  Open eye.  Make rook rike tree..."

Life is short - Drive sideways.

I've got the motor trans and rear planned out in my head and written down. So I'm set there. What I mean when I say I have it pictured in my head is the stance, driveability, handling(which will take forever to get right with the Koni Adjustables), the power of the car. I'm tryin to make it an extremely well balanced car. I think I'm about there.

I like the idea of using only a chin spoiler as opposed to a 3-piece T/A front spoiler, but using only the center section of the T/A spoiler doesn't look right- the ends are not tapered like the Camaro chin spoiler and designed to mate with the T/A side spoilers.

Anyone try an early Camaro chin spoiler?

Leigh is using the center section of a 70-73 T/A front spoiler too. I'm thinking if you made some tapered caps the spoiler wouldn't look so bad. I would try to do that myself, but I have T/A fenders on my Bird so I'm going to run the side spoilers when I do mount the T/A front spoiler.

Also, ... Is that body cart something you made, or is that bought?  Just looking for options because that looks like exactly what I was thinking of doing.

N PRGRES.

No updates on the car. Been sitting in the garage while I'm on a remote assignment. The seats are getting covered and the steering column rebuilt while I'm gone. Once I get back I'm pcs'ing, so it'll be a little while longer before I start anything again on the car.

Completely rebuilt top to bottom. New switches and anything else that had to be done. Left the steering wheel as is cause it gives it some character. Miss stuck the sticker on the horn button so I gotta redo it, but it's gonna have to wait. Heading back outta town.
