thanks Aldo im enjoying taking time and looking at what was an is now. sandblasted and powdercoat A-arms ready for new bushings able to but sub-frame back together    So far harborfreight throw away tools as far as cheap is working. Still the powdercoating i not happy with a part and sandblasting wouldn't take off. |

Cool, subframe looks great.
My neighbor has had somewhat success but not perfect with the HF powdercoater. He's been doing stuff for his 58 truck, and to be honest, it might not look great up close, but once that stuff is installed, and theres some road dust on it, you'll never know. It still is very tough, and thats the main point.

the HF powder coating works good with there powder seems little more difficult with other powder, but i found out if you clean the gun very well it will work good. i redid one of my lower A-arm and that stuff just would not come off even in my blast cabinet so i sanded and re-powder an bake and it came out perfect, so thw stuff if very durable i think but time will tell...

so far it taken me 1 year to do the engine compartment complete all that you see, and the valve covers are the orig and is all else with this #match car. thanks for the good words.
