Bought this 2yrs ago and i now am able to work on. Car does need body work like new trunk pan and driver 1\4 but for now going to redo the interior and have some fun before the tear down, and my daughter is turning 16 in july and want to drive oh brother. So here is the car before i start.

I been working on car for a bit and just getting to post so i will bring all to where i am. Took out interior and replaced headdliner, had a board from a hard top car so i used to make a new one Old liner new board cut and cleaned Now installed new dome light and has any one heard of salvo auto parts well the dome lens and base came from there and brace yourself was $6 for all looks exact.

would you believe the guy who owned this was handicap and he had hand controls put in the car. thanks next is seats and panels out to redye the seats also i am going to take apart and redye them with rit fabric dye as cant afford $600 for covers yet.

Nice project and keep the updates coming.

BTW I have a drivers 1/4 and trunk pan already cut off a car if your interested in them.

rear seats redyed with rit fabric dye turned out decent for 30 yr old covers bottoms did far better than the back one. But when on a budget it will do for now one done one not can you tell. seats and rear plastics back in. also put new carpet in, working on console now fixing burn marks

Coming up very tidy.....don't use any cleaning products on the belts....they recommend only a scrub with soap and water to clean them. I scrubbed up my old 77 T/A's blue belts and they came up nice.

What about steeming the belts LeighP ,i was told that works well and is safe for them.
