I've never seen them in a catalog. I'd start by looking at a Radio Shack or similar place for do-it-yourself electronics, but most places would carry pieces for the new style fuse. If not, you could get another harness and remove parts, or by-pass the original fuse block and add in your own fuse holder for that circuit..

I am not sure what you mean by fuse tabs, but I am sure thAT IF it is an assembly that is plastic with the metal electrical connectors that I am thinking of, you can remove them and replace them.

I have purchased parts like that from corvette restoration parts suppliers, seems to be a greater variety of parts available for corvettes. The parts are usually common to all GM cars at this level, they just tend to cost too much because of the corvette tthing  Laughing.

I have purchased some tools from radio shack in  the past that remove electrical connectors from plastic housings, not real sure they will have one for these, but then if they are rusted, just use a small screw driver to remove. look for a small tab of some sort from the electrical connector that is catching on the plastic housing that keeps the electrical connector from coming out.  Just bend that tab and the connector should come out. Some of these old electrical connectors for fuses are just female spade connectors with no insulation on them. If thats what these are, you can get them at radio shack or at walmart, you may need to cust the plastic insulation off of them.
