where'd your friend get that from? That doesn't show anywhere on my '78 or '79 Service Manual
It can be found in a "
FISHER BODY SERVICE MANUAL" not the standard service manual. Each Fisher manual covers many vehicles (basically ALL body styles - Pontiac, Cheby, Olds, Cadillac, etc.) but does not provide any driveline information (motor, trans, etc.). There is great deal of information in a Fisher Manual; doors, ductwork, seals, wiring (routing only) etc.

I have the pages your looking at in .pdf format. I sent them to another TAC guy a few months back.
If you want them send me an e-mail & I'll forward them.The Fisher Manuals are on e-bay all the time and normally don't fetch too many $$. I think I paid $10 for mine. They really have a lot of great information you can't find in the service manual.
