Firewall Vin Location Question

To piggy back off my other thread about the 73, is there anywhere on the firewall that would have the entire VIN stamp and not just the body number and year? I checked the one behind the blower motor, but it is just the model, year, body number and doesn't have the numerical parts of the VIN (The V, U or Y I am looking for). Is there a full one behind the Heater box, or is that just the same thing as is stamped behind the blower motor? I don't want to pull the heater box off if it won't tell me anything that I am not already seeing behind the blower motor. The engine only has the body number as well, so that does me no good. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.
