i just recently picked up a y-88 4 speed car. i have the phs with it. the car has the cheap standard buckets,black carpeting,and black seatbelts. the phs matches up but i have never saw one with this color and the cheap seats. just wondering if anybodyelse has?

Sounds like it might be a "stripper" which, although unusual for an SE, is not unheard of.  Congrats on your new purchase and post a few pics!

does the phs tell the color?  i thought it was only the options it had.  the color is maybe on the build sheet or cowl tag.
i think i did read about one that had black seat belts, but not sure on the carpet or seats being black, would be interesting.

 They did come with black seat belts. It was a $22.00 option to have them in camel. Kinda funny now, But if it is a real Y88 it definatly did not have black carpet. It is an easy fix. Was your car built in Ohio or California? There were only 1267 Y88's built with a 4 speed.  Good to see there still out there. I have one too. Post pics

the seats are camel, only the seat belts and rug are black.
