I'm Jim from Denver, Have an 81 Turbo T/A owned it since 1982, sold it to my brother in 1987 because he absouletely loved the car. He Passed away and I re-inherited the car, It has 44k original miles on it, I am trying to restore the interior now as the whole interior doesn't look bad but the carpet is thin,it almost looks new, but you can tear it like it's a piece of paper, hard palstic it old and chalky. I am having Ron at auto weave put a some new panels in them ( I bought them and repainted them with some sem dye) however I like Ron's idea of covering the panels with fabric, so the dye won't come off. I love the car, and am glad to have found the TAC website...Jim

What's up Colorado people. I have a full custom 79 T/A. I live in Arizona, but I am moving to the Springs in Nov. I'd love to hook up with a new set of Trans Am people. My T/A can be seen on 78ta.com on the visitors page. I think I'm page 32 or 33. It is a 79 with the third gen interior.
I'm not even sure I know how to put my tops on for the move. I don't think my heater works either.

I am up in Fort Collins.  I just purchased a 73 455 4sp car.  I hope to have it here late next week.   I have owned 2 70.5's and 2 79 TA's over the years, but have not had one in over 10.  I am joining the Northern Colorado GTO club since they welcome all Pontiacs.  It is good to see many posts with TA's across Colorado.  Maybe some time we can get together for a Firebird gathering.
