My First House

Got a call a week or so ago to do some real estate related items for a house that had been sold. Turns out it was my first house. People I sold it to 30 yrs ago built a new retirement home and had sold this one.
I built this when I was 22. I had been married for about a year. I did everything except the plumbing and electric. The  people I sold to kept it up pretty nice.

I have always been kind of a break fix guy, able to fix something that someone else designed and built.

Be it a sculpture, a piece of furniture, house, garage or whatever, I admire when someone can build something from raw materials. The house is beautiful and looks like it is well kept. I think any builder would be proud to say I built that.

Absolutely, beautiful home. Anyone would be proud to have that home let along build it and at 22 years old.
