I have a water leak in the passenger side kick panel.I just had a Vintage air system professionally installed. When I pour water in the hole in front of the passenger side windshield it comes Inside. Is this flap.suppposed to.be sealed now?

The kick panel is sealed. That's the fresh air door with recirculation option.
