Road Rally Saturday

This past Saturday my son as the driver and myself as the navigator did another road rally. The start point was a 15 minute drive from home, and the rally was through S Chester County PA. It was sponsored by the school board pta and most of the entrants were soccer mom cars. I think there were 4 or 5 'old' cars, my 77 TA being one of them and the newest of the bunch. Weather was fantastic, sunny and 70 deg. We had lots of fun, and driving through a county literally right beside my home county of 57 years we were on a lot of roads I had never traversed before. Of course we did horrible but we didnt expect much. 1 point was taken of for every minute over. The more points the worse the score. We scored 55.7 the winner was 8.7! We finished 28 out of 32!!

Congratulations on participating in such a fun event...beautiful day, beautiful countryside, awesome car, priceless time spent with your son. Perfect. I'm sure you'll have a better finishing time next year.

It wouldn't matter to me on winning, although I'm highly competitive, that event sounds like a lot of fun and you finished!
