Happy 4th of July
« on: July 03, 2022, 11:52:16 PM »
For all those who celebrate, Happy 4th of July / Independence Day! For all of our problems the USA is still a pretty good place to live. While things are far from perfect here many places in this world are much worse off. I hope all can enjoy this day with family and friends.

Happy Independence Day to y'all.   There's a reason that people still come to the U.S. to live, and not leave here for other places.  Maybe we're not perfect, but we're still the best!!!

Have you travelled much overseas?

You may not wave that 'we're the best" flag so vigorously...

Nope.  I see a hell of a lot more trying to get in here, than leave for anywhere else.  If you have hard data showing differently, I'll retract.

I have been overseas, to at least half a dozen countries if not more and yes, I'll wave that flag.
