Emissions Decal's

I remember someone on started making emissions decals that werent commercially available. I apologize but cant remember whom it was. Anyway, there is a guy on the AACA forum with a 1980 Camaro that is looking to get one made. He is striking out so far, he also is looking for the vaccum diagram. Anybody have any info let me know and I can pass it on.

For a 1980 Camaro? 305? Would have thought most chev were common, probably same as Firebird but change division name, maybe that one isn't made either.
