Not sure where to post this but has anyone been able to reach Dave recently?  I ordered from him in December and I am still missing one part and have not been able to get a hold of him for weeks.  I am just worried something happened to him.  I have tried phone and messaging him on Facebook with no success.  Thanks

He was going through a move and transition, but from what I understand he has completed that. I would continue efforts to get ahold of him. I know that he does log onto this site frequently, so hopefully he sees this and replies here.

Dont know the guy, and never had dealings but I have heard this on here before. There were a couple similar threads on another forum with a guys trying to find parts that were sent to a plater. I am a small business owner and I get swamped from time to time but its prudent to reach out to your customers when the need arises. Even if takes your significant other to sit down at the computer for an hour a night answering emails. Trying to compete in the global economy is tough, customer service needs to be perfect.

I've bought several products from Dave in the past and mostly have had a pleasant experience. There was one time that I waited about 6 weeks before I was able to get a hold of  him....I was worried  that I'd been taken advantage of.  Several members have expressed the same sentiment but in the end, he comes through.  He has a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to share it with anyone,  regardless if he makes a sale or not.
