Title: Bf Goodrich ta radials nput
Post by: itllfly on April 04, 2021, 07:46:05 PM
Right before buying another set of bf Goodrich ta radials like is on the car I read several reviews that the white letters quickly turn brown unable to clean.  Anyone bought these recently

Yes, bought them recently. They are totally brown. So disappointed. You can clean with harsh cleaner or acetone but that feels like it’s not good long term. And they brown again quickly. I’m likely to just apply white tire letter paint.

I spoke with bf Goodrich customer service and they acknowledged the browning issue and issued a case number should I buy and have issue.  Browning is not on all tires.  BUT in talking to her she stated that low mileage BFF tires were good for ten years but check for signs of cracking and such.  This was good news to me as mine are only six years old low mileage.   So I’ll keep running my BFG      FIY also will warranty a tire for six years
