Title: pcv and the no baffel flat valley pan, questions

street strip 461 with the flat non baffled valley pan,  I am currently using the valley pan pcv port to the carb with pcv, a push in  breather on each valve with wire bristle in them.  I used the butler performance rear main lip seal.  So I haven't visited this subject on a while and just wondering what the word is now on pcv systems, I had planned on running the pcv from the drivers side valve cover to carb and the passenger side valve cover to the  drop base air filter scoop housing. then blocking off the valley pan pcv.  Just wondering what your thoughts were and anything on the duel flow pcv units for the Pontiac 77-79 trans am 461 cars, Thanks

Just an update. I used some brass fittings making a bit more baffling and some of the silver pot scrub pad wire to add some extra baffling inside the brass fittings and under the gasket on the aluminum flat valley pan. Now I think I am not sucking oil through the pcv valve any more, low end or any load seems much better, crisper and I’m hearing the carb air much more. I went with the autozone pcv1226DL for now, I also have the butler pcv for the flat aluminum valley pan. We will see, I’m trying not to have to have a vaccum pump, it is w72 modified, i may not of posted in the right place but it may help someone.
