Lots of suppliers out there. My concern is quality since I can't go to a store and see it for myself. Therefore, I am posting here and get opinions from those of you who have purchased a new reproduction. Thanks.

I've heard the all reproduction emblems gade quickly and to only buy NOS ones. That said I bought an OER emblem anyways. It's been on my car coming up on 5 years and still looks good but my car never sits outside unless I take it to work
Then it's out for like 9 hours. I don't know what NOS one go for now but I'd probably buy an OER unit again.

Thank you. I agree that a non-daily driven car should do well with an aftermarket emblem. From your comment. I assume the fit and quality good?

Well, my original was so faded I didn't have much to go on. It fit just fine though and looks good to me.

Just and FYI on NOS prices......You can find them on ebay anywhere from $90 to $150.

I bought a NOS one for both of my cars. The red one on my 77 has been there for 6 or 7 years and still looks great. I had a beat up original piece I was going to use for some artwork I made for my office. The project came out too nice to use a shabby part so I bought a new piece. It was the repro one to save a couple of bucks. I also bought another NOS one to have as a spare. Compared sided by side they look the same. No idea how the repro holds up to the real world but no one will ever notice the difference in appearance. I got them from Ames. Just looking at their catalog (which is older and the prices have gone up a bit) the repro is around $50 and the NOS is about $50. I cannot explain why they are selling both for near the same price.

#10005605 is the red emblem insert only, minus the chrome backing. Although not much cheaper than complete reproduction emblem.

I bought one from ebay. Had great 2-day Fedex shipping and great price to boot in the high 50s. Received it and looks very nice.
